March 24 & April 7 from 9am - noon and from 1-4pm.

Kindergarten Open House

Wednesday, March 24 from 6-7pm.

To register you will need the following:
A certified birth certificate (9 1/2 x 11)
Immunization records

Required immunizations are:
5 DTP (unless #4 was given after age 4)
4 Polio (unless #3 was given after age 4)
1 varicella (Chickenpox vaccine)
2 Hep A
3 Hep B
